Bar Rota

Hi Everyone, here is this season's Bar rota. The purpose of this is to ensure that the bar is manned from 6.30pm through to 9.30pm every Saturday night.

The captain of each team is to ensure that the someone from that team is there to open up, to ensure that stock is brought in from the stock room and stocked in the bar and that the pipes are cleaned.

I would also like to remind everyone, at the end of the evening, to ensure that the clubhouse is left tidy (all areas, including the kitchen) as there may be other fucntions booked on other days / nights. For example there are currently other non hockey club functions booked for the afternoon of Sunday 16th Oct and Monday 31st Oct, and we need to ensure that the clubhouse is left tidy with a well stocked bar for these events.
