Hello everyone,

The festive season is upon us, if Asda is to be believed. In order that you can prepare properly for a week of absolute gluttony and excess, we have arranged a warm-up for you all, so that you can give your liver a chance to brace itself.

The Hockey Club Christmas Party will take place on 10 December, starting at 8.00 pm, and finishing late. There will be a DJ from 9.30 onwards, so you will have ample opportunity to strut your stuff. There will also be a Christmas raffle; same format as previous years- can people please bring prizes for the raffle with them.

There will be a special price for Guiness, San Miguel, Cider all at £1.60 a pint

The last social night was enjoyed by all those who attended, and raised a fair bit of money for the club. It would be great not only to replicate the success of Halloween, but to get even more people down the club for a pre-Christmas bash. Tickets will be available at £5.00 a head, and on sale as of this Saturday. If you sell five tickets to non-members, you will get in free yourself.
