The Clubhouse

Thames Valley Hockey Club have shared the Clubhouse with Egham Cricket Club since 1976.

The club runs the bar on Thursday and Saturday evenings throughout the hockey season and always welcomes new players.

Home Pitch

For the 2005/6 season our home pitch is at Charters School again. Directions on how to get there are available here.

The clubhouse is about 15 minutes driving time from Charters School

  1. Turn RIGHT out of Charters School onto Charters Road and stay on the road
  2. At the BMW garage turn LEFT onto A30
  3. Go past the railway crossing and stay on the A30
  4. Go THROUGH first set of Traffic Lights (past Wentworth on right)
  5. Turn RIGHT at next set of traffic lights B389 Virginia Water
  6. Stay on this road until you pass the Railway station on your right
  7. At the traffic lights turn LEFT onto Stroude Road
  8. Follow this road (passing Great Fosters on right) until Roundabout.
  9. Take the 2nd Exit Staines
  10. At the next roundabout take 1st exit LEFT (Vicarage Road)
  11. About 300 yards on right is the clubhouse (Turn right at the speed camers sign)
If you go past the Egham Sports Centre on your left, you have missed the turning, so turn round and the club will be on left.
